His experience in the window cleaning business, as well as the facilities maintenance industry dates back to 1994. Nef’s motivation and determination stems from seeing his customers satisfied with his operational management and safety coordination. His solid client base comes from satisfied clients who gladly spread positive referrals to their colleagues.

Jackelyn Flores has been supporting the goals and objectives of ROJANI since May 2015. Jackelyn received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Management at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. She manages the day-to-day at the ROJANI offices and works closely with vendors to promote ROJANI services.
