Very easy to book. No high pressured sales pitch. The workers asked me to inspect and told me they would redo if needed (the work was wonderful so I did not need them to redo).

First time user of Rojani Facilities. Very friendly team, punctual, hard working. I called them for window cleaning for 20 windows inside and out.
Rate was reasonable. I had two windows that I felt needed follow up, cleaning of the tracks and hardware were not up to my expectations.
The customer service was unbeatable. They explained the issue with my windows but still returned at my convenience to make it right, no additional charge.
Windows, screens, tracks and hardware looked amazing when they were done and this was a big project, we had let them go for a few years.
I plan to use them every spring now. With management and customer service like this the company is sure to go big!!
