Construction Cleaning

Construction cleaning is operated in two phases including the initial rough cleaning and the final cleaning.

PHASE ONE – ROUGH CLEAN SCOPE

Remove all trash, dirt and debris and dispose of as directed (i.e. into Contractor’s dumpster). Deep clean all tubs, lavatories, kitchen sinks, appliances, vanity cabinets, counter tops, vanity tops, inside and outside surfaces of all windows, sliding glass doors, door frames, sills, tracks, utility closets, furnace closets, storage areas, garages, water heaters, water valve box and washing machine/dryer area.

PHASE TWO – FINAL CLEANING SCOPE

Remove all trash, dirt and debris. Clean and polish kitchen cabinets, counter tops, vanity tops, vanities, stained wood-work, stainless steel sinks, inside and outside surfaces of all windows, and sliding glass doors. Sanitize, clean and shine all plumbing fixtures and related trim medicine cabinets, mirrors, bath accessories, electrical fixtures, trim and appliances, wood bases, casings, sills, wood shelving, outside and inside of all exterior and interior doors, including the threshold. Remove all packing materials, placing temporary labels, operating and maintenance manuals in kitchen drawers or as directed. Sweep and mop tile floors, waxing or conditioning as required. Sweep interior storage areas, garages, exterior patios. Dust or vacuum walls if required.
