Neftali “Nef” Flores established ROJANI Facilities Management, LLC in September 2007. His experience in the window cleaning business, as well as the facilities maintenance industry dates back to 1994. Nef’s motivation and determination stems from seeing his customers satisfied with his operational management and safety coordination. His solid client base comes from satisfied clients who gladly spread positive referrals to their colleagues.
Contracts Administrator and Client Liaison
Margaret Jackson brings a strong background in construction having worked for Charles E. Smith, Donohoe Construction and James G. Davis Construction. She works closely with clients preparing proposals and acting as project liaison. She assists Nef in reaching goals and objectives related to sales productivity and profitability.
Office Manager and Marketing Manager
Jackelyn Flores has been supporting the goals and objectives of ROJANI since May 2015. Jackelyn is also a student at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, pursuing her bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management. She manages the day-to-day at the ROJANI offices and works closely with vendors to promote ROJANI services.
Assistant Director of Operations and Accounting Associate
José Navarro joined ROJANI in January 2017 as administrative associate.
José is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the Busch School of Business. His knowledge of accounting has allowed him to develop efficient systems to better track accounting and finance matters at ROJANI. José also manages payroll duties, customer invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and proposal pricing.
Assistant Director of Operations and Marketing Associate
Andy serves as the Assistant Director of Operations for ROJANI. In this role, he is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of the company’s building maintenance projects. He also supports and helps implement effective digital marketing efforts to better reach our clients.
